Shipping Rate

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $4.99 for all eligible orders shipped to our supported shipping destinations. This flat shipping fee will automatically display and be charged at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

We do not ship on weekends or official holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on destination, carrier efficiency and customs clearance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, pandemics or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update on the carrier’s system.

Address Modification

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address before shipment, email us at hubbardmcwaters751963@outlook.com as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and any local clearance charges imposed by the destination country. We cannot predict or control these fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, lost or missing items, please contact us at hubbardmcwaters751963@outlook.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to you.

Undeliverable / Returned Parcels

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient refusal or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
